UPA’s 23 retirement villages with more than 580 units, villas and apartments provide the opportunity to downsize and minimise home maintenance to give you more time to pursue the activities you enjoy.

Our villages offer regular social activities and the chance to be part of a community of people at a similar stage of life, as well as 24-hour emergency call systems and home and garden maintenance.

Each village also has a range of amenities which, depending on location and size, can include a library, hairdresser, community centre, chapel, computer room and outdoor area.  With villages co-located with an aged care facility and UPA Home Care available, residents have the peace of mind that they can age in place with an organisation that has over 80 years of experience in caring for the community and the elderly.
