At Gumleigh Gardens Retirement Village there are 47 self care units. All units have two bedrooms and are refreshed and if necessary completely refurbished before you move in. Centrally located in Wagga Wagga, which is peaceful and yet undergoing attractive redevelopment, Gumleigh Gardens is close to many social, sporting clubs and facilities – the RSL Club, the Commercial Club, racecourse, Ladies Bowling Club, to name just a few.
There are beautiful peaceful parks within easy walking distance and Wagga Wagga’s many beautiful churches are easy to reach. It’s handy to a bus stop and the main shopping centre of Wagga Wagga is only a few blocks away. Hospital and specialist medical services are also close by. With all these facilities it’s still a quiet residential area.
Today many people are better equipped to face the question of post- retirement living. Yet, as we grow older the desire for freedom from the cares and worries of home maintenance grows. Moving into a UPA Retirement Village offers a solution and can be the most appropriate answer to growing old with dignity and value.
