Park Hall Village occupies a prime four-hectare site alongside Wodonga’s Country Golf Club. It’s the perfect setting for one of the city’s finest retirement villages, and our residents can enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding hills and golf fairways.
Park Hall holds the promise of a lifestyle that you can tailor to your needs, at a time when you can really appreciate it. UPA’s retirement villages offer caring and relaxed surroundings, where retirement living is all about being part of a strong community. The homes are a place where privacy and dignity are respected, while companionship and support are always on hand when required.
The village is comprised of 59 two- and three-bedroom independent living units specifically designed to provide for ageing in the home. The units offer maximum privacy – without fences, but with beautifully landscaped and fully maintained hedges & gardens. All gardening and general maintenance is taken care of by UPA. Small domestic pets are welcome, so you need not be separated from your treasured companion.
The Community Centre, located at the heart of the village, is the focal point for community activities. The centre has its own library, free shopping bus and a computer room with free internet access. The residents committee also puts on a range of regular monthly activities where everyone is welcome.
UPA’s declared purpose is to offer the highest standard of care, and we work hard to ensure our independent living units provide the best possible environment for those who choose to make them their home.
Note: You may have to pay a departure fee when you leave this village.
