Park-HallPark Hall Village offers a choice of lifestyle that meets your needs at a time when you can really appreciate it.

UPA retirement villages offer caring and relaxed surroundings, where retirement living is all about being part of a large family community. The homes are a place where privacy and dignity is respected, while companionship and support is always on hand when needed. Located beside Wodonga’s Country Golf Club, the four-hectare site provides the perfect setting for one of Wodonga’s finest retirement villages, residents enjoying sweeping views of the surrounding hills and golf fairways.

The village is comprised of 59 two and three-bedroom independent living units along with a community centre, located at the heart of the village and the focal point for community activities. These units have been specifically designed to provide for ageing in the home, as well as offering maximum privacy, without fences with beautifully landscaped and fully maintained hedges & gardens.

All gardening and general maintenance is taken care of, and small domestic pets are welcome, so you need not be separated from your treasured companion. The level grounds surrounding units allow ease of access for wheelchairs and other mobility equipment, as do the wider door frames throughout the homes and double doors into the ensuites.

The Community Centre substantially renovated in 2016, has its own library, free shopping bus and a computer room with free internet access. The residents committee also holds a range of regular monthly activities where everyone is welcome. UPA’s mission is to offer the highest standard of care, working hard to ensure their independent living units provide the best possible environment for those making their home with them.
