UPA encourages the reporting of any instances of suspected unethical, illegal, fraudulent, or undesirable conduct involving UPA and provides protections and measures so that those persons who make a report may do so confidentially and without fear of intimidation, disadvantage or reprisal.
We provide multiple opportunities for everyone to safely provide feedback, make a complaint or raise a concern about any aspect of care, service or communication and encourage anyone with concerns to come forward.
