Woodlands Grove is part of UPA’s country-style retirement village complex at Wallsend.

Woodlands has 24 two-bedroom units, 23 of which have an attached garage with internal access and automatic garage door openers. The units, which are set in pleasant landscaped surrounds, have been built to State Environmental Planning Policy No 5 (SEPP5) for older people or people with disabilities.

With a sunny northerly aspect, the units are attractively decorated and designed on a modern open plan to give maximum ease of access within the unit. All are fitted with an emergency call system.

The ground floor of historic Woodlands House located near the Grove is a focal point for recreational and social activities for residents. There is also a pool which can be enjoyed by residents and their families. A visiting Coordinator assists residents in organising special functions, activities and outings as well as in gaining access to community services when required.

Note: You may have to pay a departure fee when you leave this village.
