Melrose Village

Melrose Village is set in 3.2 hectares of landscaped gardens in Pendle Hill, centrally located between Blacktown and Parramatta and about 25 kms north west from the Sydney CBD.

Pendle Hill local shopping centre is just a short walk from the village where you will find many restaurants and cafes, grocery store and specialty stores . Pendle Hill railway station is just 200 metres from the Village and the local bus services operate just outside our doorstep.

Major transport corridors are the M2, M4 and M7motorways, the Great Western Highway, James Ruse Drive, Cumberland Highway and Old Windsor Road.

Historic Parramatta is only 10 minutes drive or a short bus or train trip away where you will find some of the oldest settlement buildings left standing in Australia. It is also home to the largest Westfield shopping centre in NSW, offering quality shopping, dining and entertainment.

At Melrose there are a range of social programmes and activities available as well as a spacious lounge area, a well-stocked library, a craft and games room with a pool table and shuffleboard table as well as other roomy recreational areas.
