At Melrose, our Self-Care units ensure that you are able to retain your independence, have the privacy and freedom of your own home and also have the security of on-call assistance when needed.

Our units have 2 bedrooms with open plan living, modern kitchens, large bathroom, balconies and access to a carport. All units feature a 24-hour, onsite monitored emergency call button (Vitalcall).
External maintenance of the units and gardens is looked after by village staff so that you have more time to enjoy all the social and recreational activities available within the village as well as your own interests.

These units are great for those who are able to look after themselves and want the security of living within a caring environment but don’t want the inconvenience of property maintenance.
